Manchester United football club is ready to face Brighton and Hove Albion football club in their return to Premier League action, but they may do so without the services of some key players who are currently suffering from physical difficulties. Here are six crucial Manchester United players who may be unavailable for their upcoming Premier League match.

1 – Lisandro Martinez: The Argentine defender suffered an injury against Arsenal before the international break and has been unable to participate in any meaningful action since. He missed the Argentine national team’s two matches during the international break, which means he could be sidelined for the encounter against Brighton & Hove Albion.
2 – Sofyan Amrabat: The Moroccan midfielder is also injured at the moment, and it appears that his much-anticipated debut for Manchester United may be postponed further. He was not eligible for selection against Arsenal and may not be when the club returns to Premier League play against Brighton.
3 – Antony: Another Manchester United player who is expected to miss the encounter against Brighton and Hove Albion. He is temporarily unavailable for selection due to allegations of aggression towards women. Though it is unknown when he will return, he is set to miss the game next weekend.

4 – Raphael Varane: The French defender missed international duty last weekend owing to an injury, which also prevented him from playing Manchester United’s final match before the international break. Though he could return to action soon, he is projected to be absent for the game this weekend owing to an unidentified ailment.
5 – Tyrell Malacia: The youngster is not likely to return to training anytime soon, therefore he will not be part of the team that faces Brighton and Hove Albion football club. His injury appears to be long-term.
